Radiosurgically treated acromegaly

This 52 year old man presented with a 3 year history of acromegalic features. Endocrinological studies confirmed the diagnosis by showing raised serum concentrations of growth hormone (GH; 76.8 ng/ml) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1; 1200 ng/ml).
