We read with interest the article by Lo et al.[1] reporting a prospective study showing significant neuromuscular dysfunction in anti GQ1b antibody syndrome associated acute opthalmoparesis. Nine cases presenting with acute opthalmopareses were assessed clinically and had stimulated single fibre electromyography (SFEMG) of orbicular oculi at presentation.
