The Cochrane Neurological Network is an entity of the Cochrane Collaboration, an international not-for-profit organisation, founded in 1993, made up of more than 10 000 people around the world from over 80 countries, who work to promote evidence based approaches to medicine.

The Neurological Network is one of 80 Cochrane “entities”. It aims to help Cochrane Collaboration Review Groups (CRGs) increase the quantity and quality of their output (of systematic reviews) relevant to neurology, neurosurgery and neurorehabilitation.
