Motor UPDR refers to items 18–31. Point test refers to the time taken to move the index finger 20 times between two points placed 30 cm apart. Total dyskinesia score equals the sum of five scores (trunk and each limb), each within the range of 0–4, plus the global dyskinesia score (0–441). Contralateral dyskinesia score equals the sum of two scores, each within the range of 0–4, for the arm and leg contralateral to the lesion.
