Hydrocephalus comprised normal pressure hydrocephalus and other types of hydrocephalus. Intracranial tumours and vascular malformations were grouped as space-occupying lesions. Metabolic diseases were hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, and one case of porphyria. Post-traumatic syndromes were whiplash sequelae and post-traumatic stress disorder.
