Mechanisms and management of fatigue in progressive neurological disorders

Abstract

Fatigue in neurologic disorders has been examined in several important studies over the past year. These reports suggest that fatigue is a common and often profoundly debilitating symptom. Assessment and treatment of fatigue requires a multidisciplinary approach.
