    The article of Dr. van Wijk, et al is very interesting. The phenomenon is so clear in my country. Many patients are not covered by the insurance system. The functional status is strongly correlated with the use of health care facilities. Patient with good functional status and no co-morbidities commonly not visit the health care facilities routinely.
