Isolated cerebellar hemiatrophy related with focal dystonia

A 33-year-old right handed woman was presented with slowness and writing difficulty using her right hand for 4 years. She had no history of birth injury, infection and head trauma. When she was asked to keep her arms outstretched, dystonic posture of the right hand was developed.
