Clinical diagnoses differed between necropsy group and those who died without necropsy (χ2=15.6, p=0.0014), between those who had necropsy and those still alive (χ2=17.1, p=0.0007), and between those with and without necropsy examinations, alive or dead (χ2=20.6, p=0.0001).
