Other diagnoses in single cases were: chronic fatigue syndrome, Behçet’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Werdnig–Hoffman muscular dystrophy, mononeuritis multiplex, cerebral palsy, motor neuron disease, hereditary spastic paraparesis, white matter disease of unknown aetiology, bilateral simultaneous optic neuropathy, and “squint” (n=11).
