Cerebral hypoperfusion
  • Dizziness

  • Visual disturbances

    • –blurred, tunnel

    • –scotoma

    • –greying out, blacking out

    • –colour defects

  • Syncope

  • Cognitive deficits

Muscle hypoperfusion
  • Paracervical and suboccipital (“coat hanger”) ache

  • Lower back/buttock ache

Subclavian steal-like syndrome
Renal hypoperfusion
  • Oliguria

Spinal cord hypoperfusion
Non-specific
  • Weakness, lethargy, fatigue
