False negative: patients with no decreased link in the EZ lobe. False positive: patients with at least one decreased link in the contralateral lobe. True negative: patients with no decreased link in the contralateral lobe.
(B) Diagnostic power of the presence of at least one abnormal link showing increased basal functional connectivity to localise the temporal lobe contralateral to EZ.
