*AVLT and RCF were auxiliary tests administered to a subgroup of patients (n=14).
Comparison of means to historical norms by one sample two-tailed Student-t test; Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons (α=0.001). MANCOVA with duration of hospitalisation and APACHE II as covariates yielded no statistically significant differences in cognitive performance for the NeuroCogFX, TMT-A and TMT-B. However, there was a main effect of group for the auxiliary testing (AVLT and RCFT). Bold type indicates statistically significant differences.
