  • Diagnostic properties of the Cologne Apraxia Screening (CAS) functional score (limb apraxia subscore minus face apraxia subscore) to predict AD pathology in patients with FTD. Based on receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, a cut-off value of ≤0 was chosen for the CAS limb-face functional score to predict a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) AD profile (Youden index: 0.6).

  • AD, Alzheimer's disease; AUC, area under the curve; bvFTD, behavioural variant frontotemporal dementia; FTD, frontotemporal dementia; lpPPA, logopenic primary progressive aphasia; nfPPA, non-fluent/agrammatic primary progressive aphasia; svPPA, semantic variant primary progressive aphasia.
