In the paper by Kas et al,1 the authors report a distinct brain perfusion pattern associated with a CSF biomarker profile in a retrospective study on a large cohort of 34 primary progressive aphasia (PPA) patients (see page 695). Their logopenic variant group is, to our knowledge, the largest series of logopenic PPA patients currently described in the literature.
